We actively engage with the most important international conferences (e.g., EGOS, EURAM, IFKAD) to solicit the scientific debate on the issues related to the public management and the digital transformation as well as the new forms of working in the public sector.

Training
Since, at least, 2016, we organize, coordinate or lecture to a number of training initiatives for public employees: Executive Masters, advanced training courses, and other post-laurea training courses.
These initiatives fall in different fields: organizational behaviour, human resource management, negotiation, digital transformation, project management.
